With the reform of physical education in college, the physical education reformin Public Security Colleges has gradually gone far away. The physical education inPublic Security Colleges takes not only the responsibility of physical educationreform, but also is accountable for training qualified police for our nation. Therefore, the success or failure of physical education in Public Security Colleges depends notonly on achievements of the physical education in Public Security Colleges but moreon achievements from experimental study on related teaching methods in physicaleducation in Public Security Colleges. As an inexpressible everyday knowledge, tacit knowledge plays a more andmore role in physical education nowadays. Expressions for teachers like “sense ofball”,“rhythm of body”, for example, can be seen everywhere in their teaching. Withthose tacit expressions being everywhere in everyday teaching, how to make use ofthese inexpressible languages become a primal matter in PE teaching. Therefore, asa mature teaching theory, the implicit teaching becomes one of those methods thathave been practically applied in everyday teaching but inexpressible per se. One ofthe main courses in Public Security Colleges is Sanda and arresting. A subject that PEteachers in Public Security Colleges should contemplate is how to make studentsgrasp the effective basic skills in practical teaching.Method of literature, method of expert interview as well as Statistics Method areapplied in this paper. The reference criteria for implicit teaching and teaching processin both experiment class and comparing class are designed in the paper. The questionsto be solved by designing teaching experiment are as follows:Conclusions drawn from the analysis of students are as follows:Through the experiment of pair blind teaching, conclusions are drawn as follows:There is no significant difference between the experiment class and the comparingclass in terms of physical quality before and after the teaching experiment. On theanalysis of students, there is a large difference between students from experimentclass and comparing class in terms of the understanding of sanda and exercises afterclass. As for the basic skills in sanda, looking from the perspective of speed andstrength of the skills, such as low, high round kick, straight punch, hook, side kick, snap kick and mix punch, and also from the perspective of arresting skill and actualcombat effect, the experiment class has more advantages.Analysis has been taken for the issues above, and I attempt to give some advice:The PE teaching in Public Security Colleges should focus on the actual combat, andpay attention to the acquisition of physical skills for students. The implicit knowledgealso should be made explicit to enhance students’ learning in sanda class.
