Curriculum implementation is an important component part of the curriculum, Study has important theoretical significance of the curriculum reform, it’s an important work is to test the effects of curriculum reform, and amendthe curriculum reform. Also the educational administrative departments at all levels andschools to consolidate the results of the reform, the requirements of the course objectives. Therefore, how to make the curriculum implementation process more rational and effective, is an important issue facing the current curriculum reform. Especially for the Korean gathering area of Yanbian, explore their common, find the characteristics are the current problems to be solved for the implementation of new curriculum.In this study, the high school chemistry teachers and students of Yanbian area as the main survey, implementing the recommendations in the"standard", from the attitude of implementation, the use of chemical teaching materials, evaluation of the chemistry curriculum, the chemistry curriculum resources development and utilization of the five latitude to design the questionnaire, conduct a survey through questionnaire, use the SPSS18.0software for processing and analysis of the survey results.The status of implementation through analysis of Yanbian area high school chemistrycourse, and rely on other parts of the research results as a reference, receive the following conclusions:The concept of high school chemistry course has been recognized by the majority of teachers of the Yanbian region, the chemistry teachers are teaching new courses proposed by the traditional teaching methods to change the mode of,"cooperative learning" and "inquiry learning" are learning into the classroom, course evaluation mechanism has been gradually the improvement of the new materials, new teaching material has been appreciated by the majority of teachers and students, the textbook is no longer the only teaching tools, curriculum resources to get some attention, and the development and utilization, common in the life low-cost material used in the teaching of chemistry experiments.However, high school chemistry curriculum implementation is still have some problems, it still have a small number of teachers have doubts about the new curriculum reform, the real practice of the new curriculum are not enthusiastic; the ability to control the teachers of the new materials to be increased; part of classroom teaching methods of the simple pursuit of the form, the new curriculum advocatedchemistry experiment ideas, content and form no substantive implementation of the; evaluation of diversification of the main not be reflected; Korean teachers in urban and rural development is not balanced, the chemistry teacher is a serious drain on the development of the chemistry curriculum resources can not meet the needs of the new curriculumchemical laboratories, multimedia idle serious.Because of the problems arising from Yanbian area curriculum implementation, this paper presents the following recommendations:1. Chemical new curriculum implementation process and outcome reports and publicity, and to consolidate the concept of teachers in new curriculum;2. Integration of Yanbian University, Yanbian Institute of Education and city and county teaching and research staff training team to expand targeted training to improve the professional quality of the chemistry teachers;3.Deepen the status and role of the course of chemical experiments, and to implement the requirements of the new curriculum for the teaching of chemistry experiments, chemistry curriculum implementation mechanism to ensure that chemical experiment teaching objectives implementation;4. Matched with the new curriculum and in line with the evaluation system of the Yanbian region;5. Increase the Yanbian area of social communication and understanding of the new chemistry curriculum, and implement the process of timely follow-up reports and lessons learned.
