Yanbian regional culture has a long history and its own characteristics. It is concretize within the general Chinese culture has the similarly with other area, but also has its own features. This thesis research is about Yanbian area in the new context, in order to cope with open border and promote the border minority regions the prosperity and stability of the overview requirements, in the view of Yanbian area inner history gradually formed in Yanbian unique regional culture, in-depth analysis the combination of regional cultural resources in universities moral education and the role of regional culture resource and the moral education in universities. In this study, it provides both ideological and political education an enrich carrier and environment, to ensure and support the Yanbian region cultural construction and the development of Moral Education in the Universities, to better develop the international cooperation, promote the Tumen River regional development, highlight the role of a pilot basis in participate international cooperation in Northeast Asia in the first position and a forward platform.The findings from Yanbian regional culture and Moral Education Construction practice research shows that Moral education in Colleges and universities culture rooted in the regional culture, moral culture construction and development will directly or indirectly affect and restrict the local culture’s development. Regional cultural resources development, utilization and heritage, is a broad and profound subject. In order to regional cultural considerable development, harvest inexhaustible source, to form their own brand and characteristics of the university culture, that asks Moral educator based on local culture and university’s situation to learn the experience from the advanced integrating regional cultural resources.The argument in this essay also inspires other areas of moral education’s construction.To integrate Moral Education Construction into regional cultural resources, it is necessary to fully explore the regional cultural characteristics and its deep connotation, scientifically determine the regional cultural resource integration, and dig its potential and value, its essence to go to its dregs. Base on dialectically understand the relationships between national culture, regional culture and university culture, that Moral education in the now context needs to be planned, integrated system of regional cultural resources; in order to contribute the universities culture.
