Vocational College Counselors Professional Research

With the rapid development of higher vocational and technical colleges, the instructors’team has been experiencing the gradual process of improvement and its expansion and continuous improvement have guaranteed the steady development of these colleges. The professionalization of the instructors’team in vocational colleges is the necessity of vocational education. To development the team in the view of the professionalization would be good for the optimization of its structure, the improvement of the quality, stability, passion and power of its members, and for the cultivation of talents of high technical ability. As the theoretical research of the professionalization of the instructors’ team in vocational colleges would build the strong basis and provide guidance for developing the team, and promote the progress of the professionalization, this paper made an exploration of the development of the above said professionalization with the guidance of scientific methods as Dialectical Materialism Analysis, Investigation and Literature Research, taking the development of the instructors’team in Hunan College of Information as an example. From the reality of the professionalization of the instructors’team in vocational colleges, the paper profoundly analyzed the current situation and problems, and proposed the corresponding strategies from professional planning to the improvement of talent selecting, training, evaluation and encouragement systems.
