There are more and more students with the continuous expansion of Higher vocational Colleges in Guangxi. So the primary problem to be solved that the Higher vocational students employment of Guangxi Higher vocational Colleges. Enhancement of Higher vocational students’ employment ability is to ensure access to the work of key. The aims of this study focus on the stedents’ employment ability training of Guangxi vocational College, according to investigation of the students employment ability.The study uses the combined method of theoretical research and empirical analysis of the survey, qualitative and quantitative, and accordingly the three stages of the study.The first is theoretical research, by analyzing the relative theories and literature review, to understand the theory of employment, employment ability theory research status and process at home and abroad. On the basis of the preparation of Guangxi higher vocational students questionnaire preliminary table, collection of related information data. The questionnaire of item analysis, structure analysis,reliability and validity analysis and practical analysis. And finally form the formal questionnaire of Guangxi higher vocational College students.The second is the empirical analysis, application of the formal survey questionnaire of Guangxi the higher vocational to sampling survey in three Guangxi representative. And by means of the statistical software for data statistics and analysis. Then according to the result of statistical analysis for qualitative analysis.The third put forward suggestion of cultivation, application of second phase analysis results. The use of relevant theorise put forward to promote Guangxi the higher vocational students’employment ability method.Hope that through this study can provide the empirical reference for the Guangxi higher vocational colleges to cultivate students’employment ability.
