As the development of the physical education curriculum reform inbasic education, gymnastics because of its unique fitness andentertainment increasingly by primary and secondary school teachersand students alike, this is bound to put forward higher requirements onthe future physical education teachers in gymnastics. However, in thecontext of the university curriculum reform, the PE Majors train studentscan not do gymnastics teaching in primary and secondary schools stillexists. Colleges and Universities how arrangements for PhysicalEducation Gymnastics courses, so train students to better meet theneeds of primary and secondary schools are currently facing the realchallenges.In order to better promote the college gymnastics curriculumreform and the promotion of the normal development of primary andsecondary school gymnastics teaching and learning activities,Shanghai College of Physical Education Gymnastics Course Status,through the use of expert interviews, literature, questionnaire survey andmathematical statistics. Research methods in close connection with theactual teaching of gymnastics in Shanghai primary and secondaryschool sports and fitness courses, study on the current situation ofShanghai PE Majors Gymnastic Courses Obtained:①Shanghaicolleges and universities have a certain amount of gymnastics venueand equipment reserves, barely on the space and environment toensure the normal development of the course of gymnastics, butgymnastics lack of auxiliary aids, Gymnastic Courses in to some extent affected teaching efficiency;②Shanghai colleges and universities torespond positively to the call of the Ministry of Education Guidelines ingymnastics class curriculum, textbook selection, the guiding ideologyand teaching objectives in line with the requirements of the statepersonnel training;③Shanghai University Gymnastics General CourseInstructor the sex ratio distribution is unreasonable, especially ShanghaiNormal University, and the female teachers significantly more thanmale teachers;④Compared with the gymnastics in <sports andfitness> of Shanghai textbooks of primary and secondary school,Shanghai College of Physical Education Gymnastics courses intechnical teaching content and can basically meet the demand ofteaching in primary and secondary schools, but in the base class.Gymnastics content of the utility class, in particular, light equipmentand specialized equipment Gymnastics content has not been able tomeet the demand of teaching in primary and secondary schools;⑤The Shanghai exist teaching of Physical Education Gymnastics coursesin teaching less than a single teaching method, students learning is nota positive, weariness, and other phenomena.View of this, in this study to propose a solution for the problems thatexist in the Shanghai College of Physical Education Gymnastics courses:to increase the gymnastics venue, equipment and other hardwarefacilities equipped; arranged by student gender ratio of male andfemale teachers in sex ratio; the need to combine primary andsecondary teaching basic classes, practical classes gymnasticsteaching content; Gymnastic Courses teaching appropriate toincrease with the use of a variety of teaching methods to mobilize theinterest of the students gymnastics learning.
