| As a key link of practical teaching, an important stage ofpre-service teachers’ professional development, education practicehas a very essential role in deepening the understanding of teachingtheories and developing teaching skills for student teachers. But most ofnormal school students feel completely in the dark on the teachingpractice. In order to eliminate the strangeness of education practice,bring students into the state of teaching practice as soon as possible,avoid problems in it, and improve the effect of education practice, it isvery necessary to offer corresponding courses for normal schoolstudents before education practice. During the education practice, thetask is relatively heavy, and normal school students usually don’t haveenough time. Considering that, I think about the micro-lesson. It is a newstage of development of the e-learning course. Its own unique features(clear goal, small capacity, compact content, short time consuming)makes it be the most suitable course format.This paper carried out the following research:Analyzed the existing problems of education practice, anddiscussed the necessity of training courses for it.Summarized the current research on micro-courses at home andabroad, analyzed the features and advantages ofmicro-courses, and illustrated the related theories ofmicro-courses design.Analyzed two cases of micro-lesson, presented the designprocess and main points of developing of micro-lessons foreducation practice.By the questionnaire, analyzed the training requirements of thenormal school student, and on this basis, designed the structureand content of the micro-lessons for education practice. Finally, the author developed some micro-lessons.Summarized the research results, existence problems and futureresearch directions of the paper. |
