Chinas compulsory education policy is to ensure that theircompulsory education fair to promote the balanced development ofcompulsory education. Balanced development is mainly focused onthe standardization of compulsory school construction and balancedallocation of teachers, equipment, books, school buildings and otherresource management, extra-curricular learning activities of studentsare different to the lack of attention.
