| In recent years, along with the expansion of undergraduate education scale,with the accelerating of the higher education popularization,induced a series question about the education quality and teaching quality:whether the goal of the school development deviated from talent training, whether the school infrastructure meet the needs of teaching, whether the talent training mode is suitable for students’ development,and so on. A variety of problems and contradiction pointing directly to the education quality,then,how to safeguard the undergraduate education quality has become a problem to the focus of public concern."National medium and long-term educational reform and development program (20102020)" put forward clearly, higher education need to" improve the quality of talent cultivation". Obviously, the quality of talents cultivation is the core and key points to improve the quality of education. However, at present the talents cultivation’s subjects--students, lack of enough attention, the students’learning behavior is also worry about.This research adopts questionnaire survey and combining the theoretical research method, input angle from the students’ learning, investigation of a general university’s students’ study engagement situation. Focusing on the problems of education quality, and deeply analysis the problems, through the systematic and in-depth analysis, I found our country’s higher education quality’s problem in presence is that students’ study engagement is inadequacy, the teacher lack of guidance for students’ study and the Colleges lack of attention to the students. And deeply analyzes these problems, I think the main reason is the reality and students’ self expectation existence difference, the proportion of the teachers’ teaching and scientific research and the restriction of the school education teaching system itself. And then put forward change the angle of view of quality attention form the school subject to students, change the focus of quality assurance from the resources input to resource utilization, shift the important of quality monitoring from education result to education process, change the foothold of quality assessment from grade evaluation to diagnosis improvement.Through amounts of investigations, analysis, and research, several conclusions have been induced as below:(1)Through the university student learning into research, from the internal of university to study the students learning behavior, these learning behavioral are found some problems could have help the universities to improve the quality and performance evaluation.(2) Through the investigation shows, at present, college students’ learning enthusiasm is not high, the learning attitude is not correct, the behavior in classroom is poor, lack of effective communication with teacher.(3) To promotion of the study ideas, make a comparative study between universities, could become a choice reference to public. |
