The "new curriculum reformation brings a series of profound changes, including the structure, function, management and appraisement. The IT course has owed the pluralism of teaching pattern and appraising method under this background. The project oriented course is based on the theory of the relation of knowledge and task, the curriculum structure, the project achievement. It is a new concept and teaching pattern for the IT course in the middle school. It is clearly positioning the culturing of the information literacy for basic vocational ability in the information society, Emphasizing that students forming ability is in the process of completing the actual tasks. In order to ensure the course carry out smoothly and effectively, the project oriented couse needs scientific appraisal system, which is lack of attention now.So it inspires me to start the reseach.In the introduction part of this article, I have learned about the application status at home and abroad through extensive literature research and questionnaire. The second chapter interprets what the really project oriented coruse means and its requirements, it seems pointless out of a true understanding of the learning appraisement in the project oriented coruse. The third chapter has a in-depth analysis of the process assessment and the summative assessment from the horizontal dimension and the vertical dimension. On the basis of chapter III, the fourth chapter illustrate the value of appraisment, which is for the pursuit of students’ self-development and value realization.Combined the case of specific projects, Chapter V designs a detailed assessment program, using contrast experiment to carry out the teaching practice. Through the statistics and analysis to verify the effect of the assessment program on the student’s learning effect. At the end,the article has summed up the problems of the whole study. The author sincerely hopes that more and more valuable researches and practice will be provided for the follow-up studies.
