Information consciousness is an indispensable character for the survival and development of individuals in the information society.Only students with a good sense of information can properly meet future challenges."Ordinary Senior High School Information Technology Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)" clearly puts forward the core literacy system of information technology disciplines,and information awareness as one of the core literacy of disciplines should undoubtedly attract sufficient attention.In recent years,the academic community has continuously explored new teaching models,and more and more educators have started to pay attention to project-based learning.The new version of The Curriculum Standard advocates for PBL as the main reference to develop core academic literacy.Information consciousness,as the most basic core literacy element of the discipline,can lead the development of other elements.Therefore,designing a PBL plan for information awareness cultivation is very important.For this reason,the study connected action research,questionnaire surveys with interviews.We do the following four aspects of work.First,the research analyze the connotation of information consciousness.This article mainly analyzes the connotation of information consciousness from the four aspects of the concept,characteristics,performance and structure of information consciousness.Secondly,it is clear that PBL helps to cultivate information awareness.First of all,through investigation,it is found that there are certain problems in the information consciousness of junior high school students: for example,lack of initiative,insufficient sensitivity,single method of judging the value of information,and unwillingness to share information with others.Secondly,it was found that PBL can solve the above problems,and thus clarified the significance of PBL to the cultivation of information awareness.Thirdly,a PBL plan for the cultivation of information consciousness is initially designed.Starting from the general instructional design,the PBL is combined with the process structure,target structure of the information consciousness,and the project-based learning process is preliminarily constructed.The information consciousness training is the main line,and each link of the instructional design isanalyzed in detail.Fourth,practice and verification of project-based learning is effective in improving information awareness.Through the reflection and modification of three rounds of teaching practice,the final teaching process was improved.Then through post-test questionnaires and interviews,the effectiveness of PBL in cultivating information awareness was verified,and the results proved that PBL can cultivate students' information awareness.The specific manifestations are as follows: students have significant differences in information consciousness before and after project-based learning,and have good feedback on project-based learning,etc.The research highlights the awareness of information and the basics of the discipline of information technology.At the same time,it provides a certain theoretical basis for the application of PBL to the cultivation of core literacy of the discipline.
