The development of the higher vocational education and national economicdevelopment are closely linked, it is the development of the national economycontinuously input production, construction, management and service of the first line ofhigh skilled talents. During the Twelfth Five-Year of China’s economic development hasentered a crucial period of economic restructuring, the new situation of economicdevelopment put forward higher requirements for education and teaching quality ofhigher education, while improving the quality of education and teaching is inseparablefrom a comprehensive quality team of specialized teachers, especially with the socialproduction, construction are more strongly associated with the engineering course, dueto their professional knowledge, skills updates faster, should pay more attention updateprofessional knowledge and upgrade professional practice, education and teachingability of specialized teachers, however, because many factors at present our countryhigher occupation education specialized course teachers’ quality has become animportant bottleneck to improve the quality of Higher Vocational Education. Therefore,research on the higher occupation education of engineering course teacher training hasthe vital practical significance.Through the investigation, the papers summarize the status and the existing mainproblem of the current higher vocational engineering specialized course in teachertraining, and analysis from the government,society,schools and teachers at four levels,then basis of the experience of foreign higher vocational teacher training, from thechange of training awareness, strengthen the training work, system constructionperfecting the guarantee system construction of training and improving the trainingevaluation system four respects discussed the countermeasures to strengthen the trainingof higher vocational engineering professional course teacher.
