Occupation education in modern national education system plays an increasingly important role, especially secondary occupation education, it is to promote the social, economic development and the labor employment of important ways, taking the responsibility of training a large number of high-quality workers’important task, is China’s rapid economic development of the important guarantee. Vigorously develop secondary occupation education can meet the needs of the broad masses of the people to the realization of the right to education, to meet the needs of enterprises of various jobs in the production line workers need, however in some areas especially economy is owed develop prefectural region, secondary occupation education exist the phenomenon of empty. Most of students graduated from junior middle school to high school to learn without the medium occupation school education. Then the influence students to choose high school or middle school occupation factors which influence the choice of which to have? These factors influence the strength to have how old? This article from the educational cost and benefit, social capital, cultural capital three perspective to study the issue of.The students choose the ordinary high school or secondary occupation school influential factors analysis and literature review, this research propose the following hypothesis:Hypothesis1:the educational cost and benefit effect of Y County students high school ordinary high school and Middle School of choice of occupation.Hypothesis2:the influence of the social capital of Y County students high school ordinary high school and Middle School of choice of occupation.Hypothesis3:cultural capital influence the Y County students high school ordinary high school and Middle School of choice of occupation.Hypothesis4:the cost of education and income, social capital and cultural capital jointly influence affected in the Y County students high school ordinary high school and Middle School of choice of occupation.Through the design of the questionnaire, investigation, using the SPSS17.Oof sample data for two independent samples T test and factor analysis to analysis of effect of education, an important factor in the selection, combined with the case interviews, some questions for further investigation in order to ensure the accuracy of the information. At the same time from the education cost--accrual (family economic status, education, education cost expected return), social capital (parental occupation, relatives and friends, relatives and friends on the occupation education choice support or not, students’senior high school entrance examination scores, classmates and friends effects), cultural capital (parents’educational level, educational expectation in high school, on two types of school support attitude, relatives and friends of education, educational expectation, the high school stage two types of school support attitude angle specific differences). And with the relevant theoretical knowledge on interviews and field observation of information obtained in qualitative research, analysis of the impact of educational choice factor and the influence of different intensity. This study has many deficiencies or limitations, but its will provide students in ordinary high school and middle school choice of occupation to add fresh empirical materials, contribute to the parents and students in accordance with their own conditions for practical education choice, and guide people to the correct understanding of medium occupation education, promote the development of occupation education.
