With the development of society and economy, the degree of aging is becoming more and more serious. Our country is in the period of rapid aging. Severe aging situation and the expanding elderly population make a challenge to the traditional family pension mode. Therefore, on the background of transition period, the author carries on the satisfaction research of the pension institutions service, in order to further improve the institutional care and promote the satisfaction of elderly population. This paper uses frequency analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis methods, as well as the main and auxiliary mode of the triangle research method; case interviews as the amount of supplementary explanation to analyze the institutional care satisfaction problems. Through the quantity study, I draw four conclusions. First, there is a significant statistical value in gender and age indexs; Second, when there isn’t a specific and practical measure, there is no significant statistical value of social economic status evaluation; Third, when I use the specific fee standard to identify groups at the same time, it appears that the higher level, the less satisfaction; Four, in the two variables of cultural level and occupation stratification, they have significant statistical value. Qualitative research shows:mechanism and hardware equipment, life care services, medical care, psychological, social service is still insufficient. In this paper, on the basis of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, the author puts forward the" body layer quality of nursing" mode. I use social quality as the axis of the poles, as well as social integration and social differentiation as the other axis pole, to constitute four quadrants. We should give full play to the government guidance, institutions, social participation, to promote the institutional care satisfaction.
