This paper developed high school teachers’emotion in classroom teaching, with which it explored the status and characteristic of high school teachers’ emotion in classroom teaching. Then interview14high school teachers for further discussing high school teachers’emotion in classroom teaching. The study tried to discover the problems in high school teachers’emotion in classroom teaching and find out the cause by the intensive interview.The results showed:1. The self-developed questionnaire high school teachers’emotion in classroom teaching with good reliability and the validity has four dimensions, positive high arousal, positive low arousal, negative high arousal, and negative low arousal.2. High school teachers got a high score in positive dimension, a low score in negative dimension. It means high school teachers experienced more positive emotion like happy, proud, relaxed, less negative emotion like irritable, shame, helpless, bored, and depressed.3. There is significant difference between male and female in the dimension of positive high arousal. Female teachers got a higher score in this dimension. It means female teachers experienced more emotion like happy and proud.4. There is significant difference among different professional titles in the dimension of positive low arousal. The higher the professional titles are, the more teachers experience positive low arousal emotion. Senior teachers experienced more emotion like relaxed and satisfied. Teachers without professional titles experienced less.5. There is significant difference among different subjects in four dimensions. In the dimension of positive high arousal, Chinese teachers got the highest score, and the science teachers got lowest. In the dimension of positive low arousal, math teachers got the highest score, and the science teachers got the lowest, In the dimension of negative high arousal, English teachers got the highest score, and liberal arts teachers got the lowest. In the dimension of negative low arousal, English teachers got the highest score, and math teachers got lowest.6. There is significant difference among teachers in different areas in positive dimension. Teachers in cities and towns experienced more positive emotion like happy and satisfied than teachers in rural area.7. According to interview, in class interviewed teachers will regulate emotion by dissembling, restraining, distracting and solving the problems. After class, they will confide troubles to friend and families or do some sports.
