Work and family are the most important areas in the people’s life. Between the two areas are linked inextricably, whether achieved between work and family harmony or not is become the focus of society. At present, many of the domestic research on work and family studies mainly focus on work-family conflict, rarely on work-family positive promote in-depth study. In this paper, from a new perspective of study on the relationship of work and family:work-family relation Crossover problem, as the Crossover research foundation, teachers as a special group. As in recent years, the National Ministry of Education reform the school on different stages, teachers’ roles have changed, and because of the teachers’working time is not very flexible, so that the work and family relations are handled in the process of comparison of fuzzy boundaries. Therefore this paper choose teachers as the research object to explore teachers’work-family relation, job characteristics and job burnout has important significance in theory and practice.This paper uses the interview method, questionnaire survey method, literature research method and so on were studied on teachers work-family relationship in the staggered problems, as the job burnout problem research is cut-in point to discuse the work-family relationship in Crossover problem. The study investigated300teachers and their spouses,(general survey for600people), using analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis, structural equation modeling, statistical techniques, get the conclusion as follows:Firstly, according to the results of the analysis of variance can be seen, in the Crossover of work-family relationship problem, between the different gender teachers, stress work is differences, which work pressure and organizational management stress the two dimensions showed a significant difference. Different ages of teachers in the work stress show significant difference. In the education of this factor, teachers’work stress show significant difference, in which organizational stress showed extremely significant difference in work, in support of this dimension appears extremely significant difference. Teachers impact from the working place, in interpersonal stress, job control and job burnout of these aspects are presented the extremely significant difference. Teachers under the effect of income, in the organization and management of work pressure, supporting the two aspects show very significant difference in family support, show significant difference.Secondly, according to the results of correlation analysis can be drawn, teachers and their spouses in the job stress, work support, family support, sense of control and job burnout among two-two variables showed a significant correlation between.Finally, teachers and their spouses in the various variables on the structural equation model, basically can reflect the relationship between variables, can reflect the Crossover of work-family relationship problem. |
