To promote quality education, to lighten the burden on students academic, Tianjin city high school level examination of the ideological and political education practice open-book examination, strengthen the training of students’ ability and test. This requires the politics teachers should break through the traditional education mode to manacle, optimize the political lesson, the need for new control strategies, achieve an open-book exam required objectives. This topic from the normal high school level exam or an open-book exam characteristic and the existence question, unifies own teaching practice, using the methods of literature research, action research method, case study method, interview method, questionnaire method, from motivation, teaching method, teaching mode and other aspects of the open-book examination teaching regulation, guide students correctly understand the open-book examination, training students’study interest, change the single teaching method for various methods of teaching, guiding students to improve learning methods, to strengthen the students’ ability cultivation and guidance, the teaching mode and" autonomy, cooperation, study" classroom instruction mode, help students can adapt open-book examination. Through these strategies regulation, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, and for the open-book examination of senior high school thought political lesson teaching to provide certain reference and guidance.
