The State Council’s "21st Century Action Plan for Invigorating Education" made great efforts to improve the overall quality of teachers, in particular, to strengthen the task of the moral construction. It is consistent with our current university status. This is because the decline in moral standards of college students results from the decline in moral standards of college teacher which originates from that the party and government leaders in universities do not attach importance to the moral education of the university teachers, especially young teachers. Therefore, this paper is not prepared to aim at the vast majority of young teachers but directly at the leadership and functional departments that has shown neglect of moral education for teachers.This paper does not condemn related leaders who don’t attach importance to moral education, decided by a vision of ideological and political education. As we all know, China has a large number of vulnerable groups, their dream is to try their best to make their children study in universities and ultimately become useful people,thus escaping from poverty. But to their unexpectedness, when their children entered universities and had classes of young teachers who did not adhere to teacher’s morality,their children not only did not learn skills but had bad state of mind under the influence of unhealthy morality. That completely ruined the hope of students and their parents, which presented a great threat to social stability.This paper pays special attention to empirical writing. I went to universities such as Jishou University, Hunan Agricultural University and so on, doing a survey among200young teachers and counsellors of the Questionnaire about Professional Ethics Education for Young College Teachers. Therefore, I obtained more realistic first-hand information, having a foundation for writing scientific papers.This paper focuses on exploring the reasons behind the problem. The main reasons for weakening professional ethics education for young teachers in universities are the backwardness of the educational concept, the dissociation of the educational goals, the looseness of the educational organizations, the generalization of the education content, the ambiguity of the educational subject, the disorder of educational process, the backwardness of educational means and the negativity of the educational environment.This paper states the content of professional ethics education for young teachers in universities from new perspectives of cognition,feelings,faith,will and behavior,including Scientificity of educational cognition, ardency of educational feelings, loftiness of educational faith, firmness of educational will and consciousness of educational behavior.To ensure the implementation of the content of education, the paper puts forward fundamental principles of professional ethics education for young teachers in universities form the perspective of the law, including the principle of taking people as the foremost, the principle of designing meticulously, the principle of teaching by personal example and verbal instruction, the principle of emphasizing practice and the principle of advancing with the times.According to the requirements of the above principles, the paper concludes with the corresponding measures, including improving the education system of professional ethics, creating a good environment of professional ethics, setting good examples of professional ethics education and increasing investment in professional ethics education.The innovation of this paper is mainly for the innovation of the content. This paper analyses the problems and their origins of professional ethics education for young teachers in universities from perspectives of cognition, feelings, faith, will and behavior, and on this basis, the paper puts forward the principles and measures to solve the problems. This kind of logic thinking combines the theoretical, empirical, readable and innovative characteristics of this paper.
