Research On The Application Of Energy Augmentation Theory In The Improvement Of Urban Life Adaptability Of Migrant Workers

With the deepening of urbanization and the deepening of reform and opening up,a large number of rural labor force came from rural to urban areas in order to seek better development.They no longer depend on land,but because they leave the familiar living environment to a new place,they are difficult to get a better life in the city quickly.The single social circle and the awe of the city make it difficult for them to accept the support from the outside world.The burden of life and the narrowness of the circle make most of them breathless.In addition to the differences between urban and rural environment and the status of non-urban household registration,most of them have a low evaluation of their urban life adaptation.How to make migrant workers better adapt to urban life,how to effectively empower them to face the most urgent needs of the current,need more in-depth research.This study takes Chengdu L Community Enhancement Practice Group as an example to assess the needs of urban migrant workers,identify and analyze the needs and potentials of service objects.In view of the actual needs of migrant workers,14 migrant workers from seven families in a community in Chengdu are taken as the main service objects.Through seven targeted group work and referring to the individual,interpersonal and social participation of the theory and practice of energy enhancement,services are carried out to help the service objects discover their own advantages and stimulate their own potential,so as to improve the responsiveness of migrant workers.The ability to cope with the plight,on the basis of meeting their needs,can achieve faster adaptation to urban life.Supported by the theories and perspectives of social work such as the theory of energy enhancement,the aim is to provide professional perspectives and guidance for its better adaptation to urban life.Finally,combined with the analysis of service development and evaluation results,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Urban migrant workers’urban life adaptability is general,but plasticity is strong;2.Urban life adaptability improvement can be carried out from the three levels of individual,interpersonal and community;3.Enhanced energy theory plays a good guiding role in the service projects of improving adaptability.
