| Teaching is the central task of higher education, college teachers’teaching investment is directly related to the teaching quality, influenced the whole higher education and the quality of talent cultivation." National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Program (2010-2020)" emphasizes that improving the quality of higher education and talent training quality problems. How to improve the teaching work and teachers’ teaching investment, enhancing the quality of higher education and talent training quality of higher education, has become the concern and need to solve the important issue.In this paper, through the analysis of College Teachers’labor characteristics, teaching of the college teachers’ role, discussing the University Teachers’role in the training of talents in college. Using questionnaire survey and empirical analysis method, selecting research object research in a multiversity, researching the current teaching situation and existing problems of investment. Propose the teaching input factors, including teaching theories, teaching ideas and attitudes, teaching methods, students’ learning feedback. Put forward the suggestion to improve college teachers’ teaching investment, improve the quality of talent cultivation. |
