Since the age of enlightenment, with the development of science and technology, people have more control over the world’s knowledge, people also began to realize their own subjectivity and initiative. At the same time, after the Middle Ages, the classical tradition of the presence of God "does not exist, the individuals are self-centered, society increasingly mechanized. Individual views others as a means, but refused any common sense of value and ideal in a group.Moral indifference and social alienation caused that the individuals don’t care about the well-being of public life,and don’t care about moral responsibility, which is a real crisis. As a result of public life and well-being of individual life are not separable, the crisis of public life in fact means a human crisis, means that individual goodness life crisis.Under such background, the citizen education is paid much attention by many countries, citizenship education is simply for citizens to education, is to put the natural person training to become a qualified citizen preparations.The essence of civil education is guiding the individual in the real situation and with appropriate lifestyle and life attitude to face society, nation, other individuals. The implementation of citizenship education need the effort of the whole society, the citizen education in school is very important because of its social development and individual development in special effects. However, in the present, our school civic education also exist many problems, especially under the education and employment pressure, school is focused on encouraging children to study for personal success, whereas the corresponding ignoring the citizen personality and attitude of school culture, as a public life field, as a small public space, the school’s public space did not fully open and is somewhat obscured.Based on the above considerations, the author will look to the current existence of a primary school, tries to sort out the public space and civic education inner logic, also tried to seek the factors which influence the citizen education. After a series of phenomena in the restatement and reflection, the author found that the current school civic education still exist many problems, such as the relationship between teachers and students is in open tension, children public also neglected the child protection, child privacy meaning world single deprivation, public society publicity forced penetration as well as campus discipline it is often seen. And so on. Thus, in my view a real citizen education is not restricted to a specific class, it can expand from through subtle communication between teachers and students to a large activity. The school also has a public space in two dimensions, one is the existential dimension, such as the construction of infrastructure, the other is constructed by imagination level. Civic education also should be fully focus on the open of school public space, and guide students to continue to participate in the common life to expand their experiences, and the acquisition of public life, eventually to cultivate children’s personality of citizens. As an educator,he should also be acutely aware of imagination in the public space, and their various educational activities and integrate, and thus it is likely to open students’ citizen’s rational and the formation of students’sound personality of citizens.
