With the development of technology and society, social professional capacity with the new requirements is no longer just to master a technology, competence related to work, to complete certain tasks, but it refers to the connotation of professional competence from vocational skills development to the knowledge, skills, attitudes, then these new terms, such as "key competence" and "general ability" and "comprehensive vocational ability" and "dual system", CBE model, TAFE mode associated with vocational ability development model, are emerging, the deepening of the reform of physical education and the quality of teaching are based on the level of PE teachers’ professional competence, which is also a key factor to promote physical education for sustainable development. whether to maintain a certain proportion of female teachers in the PE teachers, is an essential force to improve school sports. However, in urban secondary schools female PE teachers are a special part and their professional capabilities, make it possible to realize the goals of the school sports in China and is conducive to improving the quality of the entire nation, and even affect the socialization of Physical Education, which is a new challenge to the problems.In this study, on the basis of literature research, the author conducted a survey among female physical education teachers, in some urban secondary schools in Zhuzhou City. The thesis applies social theory of scientific development, scientific theories and theoretical point of view of sports science, and the other theories and methods of other disciplines. The papers discusses several parts, including the composition of vocational ability, the research and cultivation of professional competence, and the constitute of professional competence,Therfore, faced with the new situation, it is urgent to improve and assess the teaching ability of the female PE teachers overall in the urban secondary school, It will also meet the needs of the PE teaching and after-school training, which is very particularly critical and necessary, for the reform and development of middle school physical education. On this basis, according to the factors, affecting urban secondary school female physical education teachers professional competence, there are the following conclusions:1. Definition:A PE teacher’s professional competence can be defined as the overall performance in physiological quality and the psychological characteristics which is necessary for completion of school physical education tasks; intelligence is the cornerstone; it is a spacial ability to learn and master the knowledge of education, sports knowledge and sports skills, in practice and to develop the necessary special abilities in school physical education activities.2. female physical education teachers are different from the male physical education teachers in many aspects, such as the intellectual, physical and personality and so on.3. Thhe thesis analysizes female physical education teachers in urban secondary schools from the different side, including the age, seniority, qualifications, job title, income and marital status.4. Female physical education teachers’professional capacity in urban secondary school mainly refers to the capacity of moral education, sports and teaching ability, sports training capacity, research capability, to master the use of the tool, the ability of sports activities.5. the factors of affecting female physical education teachers’professional capacity in urban secondary school are mainly reflected in:society, organizations, family, career and personal aspects.6. The effective ways and methods to improve the professional competence of female physical education teachers in urban secondary schools include creating a harmonious social environment; fair and favorable working environment (to select the appropriate form of evaluation, the preparation of appropriate evaluation questionnaire is an effective solution to improve the female physical education teachers teaching ability in urban secondary school way); equality, independence, harmonious relationship between husband and wife, as well as the improvement of their individual ability to adapt to the social consciousness, and to enhance teachers’specialized education, to play the female’s advantage in employment to enhance the professional capacity. |
