The Investigation And Survey About The State Of China Youth Windsurfers’ Selection

At present, the level of the competitive sports is increasingly improved as well as the athletes’integrative competence. In the context of gradually equal training condition around the world, to a large extent, the level of competitive sports is directly that of athletes’selecting material. The scientific selecting is playing an obviously key role. In the mid1950of the20th century, windsurfing is introduced into China. Until now, Windsurfing in China has entered a stage of rapid development. The scientific youth windsurfers’ selection has become effective power to boost the competitive level of China windsurfing.With the state of China youth windsurfers’selection as the research object and interview and questionnaire survey as research method, the paper made a investigation into the state of windsurfing coaches’ selecting elitists through around Liaoning, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Hainan, Sichuan and national training team. Under a comprehensive study of the influencing factors in selection, it can be drawn the following conclusions:1. As result of the influence of the form of windsurfing sport itself, windsurfing is mainly carried out in coastal provinces in China. Among these provinces, the situation of young windsurfer students is not ideal. It is affected greatly by coaches’ subjective feelings. The following are the main selection ways:from senior high school or the obsolete athletes of others’sporting events; from recommendation of some parents or friends; from the selection in coaches’daily life. In the selection process, the cooperation of coach and research institute is far from being satisfied. The coaches’ratio of frequent cooperation is only18.9%;2. The scientific selection is confronted with predicaments such as insufficient funds、few apparatus and so on.3. the selecting scientificalness is in a low level. The selection test indicators and standards system withstanding test have not set up. The current ones mainly focus on index of shape and physical fitness with little index of psychology%intelligence、neurotypes. The current selection indexes are insufficient to meet the needs of scientific selection, which resulted in the coaches’low satisfaction. As a result, in the selection operation practice of youth windsurfers, the coaches’visual inspection by their experience plays a key role. The test data is for reference only. Accordingly, the following suggestions are put forward:1. Increasing the publicity of windsurfing in order to provide scientific selection with sufficient young athletes; popularizing windsurfing in middle school in developed coastal provinces to improve the basis and level of selection;2. wish for financial support and material provide;3. working in hand glove between selection staff and relative researcher institute to select the elitists in accordance with current selection development.
