Many countries have worked out reform and development strategy to improve the quality of higher education in recent years. With the further deepening of educational system and management system reform, organizational justice of university young teachers have caused widely public concern. At present, the ranks of university teachers are developing gradually younger, which will be the backbone and leading force of higher education in next twenty years. Therefore, pay more attention to the organizational justice of university young teachers will plays a significant role in the further higher education development. However, there are a fewer studies on organizational justice of university young teachers in our country, and mostly focus on enterprise field. The studies on university young teachers are extremely rare. The studies of foreigners are relatively mature, but it can not suit the concrete situation in our country. As a result, this study has an important theoretical and practical significance.The study is divided into three stages. The first stage is literature reading, which including literature searching and reading. The second stage is study design and data collection, which has been conducted by literature reading. The first thing is to set study target, study object, study model, study method and study hypothesis, and then to design questionnaire after interviewing with teachers and specialists. Through a small scale pre-test to examine the reliability and validity of questionnaire and retest reliability, the formal questionnaire was developed. The finally work of this stage is to collect data of formal study questionnaire. The third stage is empirical research and data analysis. The study selected242university young teachers to conduct questionnaire survey. And through factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, description statistics analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis, the empirical research verifies the study hypothesis and draw up some conclusions.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The organizational justice of university young teachers has three dimensions including distributive justice, procedural justice and interaction justice. The results of factor analysis show that the questionnaire including17-items and3dimensions has good reliability and validity.(2) Organizational justice and its dimensions of university young teachers have a positive relation with job satisfaction; Organizational justice and its dimensions of university young teachers have a positive relation with organization identification; Organizational justice and its dimensions of university young teachers have a positive relation with life satisfaction.(3) University young teachers’ organizational justice, distributive justice and interaction justice can significant predict job satisfaction; University young teachers’organizational justice and interaction justice can significant predict organization identification; University young teachers’ organizational justice, distributive justice and interaction justice can significant predict life satisfaction.(4) The gender of university young teachers has a significant difference on life satisfaction; the age of university young teachers has a significant difference on life satisfaction; the professional title of university young teachers has a significant difference on organizational justice, each dimensions of organizational justice and life satisfaction; the educational background of university young teachers has no significant difference on organizational justice and its effects; The working years of university young teachers has a significant difference on job satisfaction.
