The reality of university emergencies proning to frequently has become a majorobstacle to a harmonious and orderly development of universities in the rapidtransformation social.It is a very urgent task that how to effectively prevent andproperly respond to various university emergencies, to minimize losses and reduce theimpact.A certain sense, the generation, development and results of any event containsthe human factor intrinsiciy,"the most important factors of responsing to the crisis ishuman", especially in university emergencies.Ideological and Political Education as thecore aspect of college education, the biggest advantage is to deal with the "people" andto do the work of the "people".Ideological and Political Education has a specialadvantages and specific features in the work of preventing and respondding touniversity emergencies.Currently,it has become a major issue that to study the theory ofuniversity emergencies and to explore the strategy of scientificly respond to universityemergencies in the perspective of Ideological and Political Education.This article starts on this sense,and it has four chapters in addition to theintroduction:The first part is the Overview of university emergencies. The main content is todefined and elaborated the relevant elements of university emergencies like concept,characteristics, type.this is the premise of to preventing and responding to universityemergencies,and also is the logical starting point of this article.The second part is the causes and harm of university emergencies.After introducingthe relevant elements of university emergencies, further describing the causes andpotential harm of the university emergencies,this will lay the foundation for puttingforward coping strategies targetedly.The third part is that respondding to university emergencies calls for Ideologicaland Political Education. This part is the transitional chapter of the text.The main contentis to describe the possibility and necessity of Ideological and Political Education coping with the university emergencies,which undertake the above, and also pave the way forthe leads below.The fourth part is the strategic analysis of Ideological and Political Educationrespondding to university emergencies.This part describes the six principles and specificmeasures of Ideological and Political Education respondding to university emergencies,orderring of university emergencies’occurrence and development.
