Study Of Ideological And Political Education Having An Effect On Dealing With University Emergencies

With the development of the age, great changes have taken place in the internal and external environment of colleges in China, and continuous university emergencies have passive impact on college student. Thus, how to effectively respond to emergency in college, which is not only a concern of the whole society but also a major problem facing the ideological and political Education. Reasons of forming college emergencies are various, participants are main college students, thus this article regards them as the research object. This article is on the base of research results at home and abroad, in the background of college emergencies, is taking the ideological and political education’s impact of "early warning"、" relief valve"、"integration " on university emergency as the main line, and regarding introducing、 analysing、solving and drawing inspiration as train of thought. There are four main parts.Firstly, an overview of emergencies in colleges from these main aspects: concept、characteristics、types and causes. Taking it as background, ideological and political education has an effect on dealing with college emergencies; The relationship between necessity and contingency、catastrophe theory and prediction theory are theoretical basis, on which analyse the ideological and political education’s impact of "early warning"、"relief valve"、"integration " on university emergency. Combining with two different cases of Fudan university poisoning case and case of Southwest University of Science and Technology going through WenChuan Earthquake, which make it clearer how the "early warning"、"relief valve"、"integration" play roles.in college university, and give the answer to why the ideological and political education can play a role in responding to emergencies in Colleges. Secondly, this paper focus on the way of Ideological and political education affecting college emergency. The effect of "early warning" on college university is strenghthening the awareness specification and improving the early warning mechanism of ideological and political education; through mental intervention、media giving a leading role、group management and social mobilization to realize "relief valve" effect; by psychological reconstructing、taking spirit guide、integrating college resource seriously to attain the "integration" affect of ideological and political education. Finally, on the bases of analysing why ideological and political education takes effect on college emergencies. strengthening and improving the ideological and Political Education makes a conclusion:people foremost is the basic point; mass media is the support point and improvement of college students’ ideological and moral quality is the origin of force.
