Social Worker Intervene The Community Drug Treatment Research

In our country,the community drug treatment has been lifted to the constitutionallevel,and the relational standerds have also been carried out.But during the operationalprocess,the social worker will face the presure from the outside and themselves.Based on theprevious research on Community drug treatment issues,useing SUZHOU area as the simpleand by adopting such reararch methods as half-structural interview,participation and literatureanalyses,this thesis aims to describe and analyse the process in which social worker intervenethe community drug treatment. The presure appears in such following ways as theconformability from the relational groups is not high;the professional quality of the socialworker is in low and the pessimistic mood of them has no way to release. Compared with theprevious studies which focus on the macroscopy system,this thesis emphasize themicroscopic process that the social worker intervene in the community drug treatment.Sofocuing on the process that the social worker intervene in the community drug treatment, thisthesis aims to propose some adveices on creating a benign working condition and perfectingthe social workers themseles.
