Strategy Of Improving Middle School And Primary School Teacher’s After-Employment Education Level

University graduate employment, which relates to the national development and social stability, as well as the development of higher education and college students, has drawn much attention from the central government to the universities or even common people. It has also caused the related experts’attention since the beginning of the21st century, and fruitful achievements has made in the related areas. In this paper, on the basis of previous studies and the related data analysis as a starting point, combined with the specific cases of college student employment and employment theory, is attempted to make a breakthrough about dilemma of university graduate unemployment and tried to propose some action strategies.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part is the theoretical analysis of the difficult employment of College students. This part mainly includes the students’ employment concept, types and characteristics and the difficult employment of college students in the whole. This research is mainly on the employment of university students related with information, in order to pave the way of the following chapters review.The second part is the analysis of difficult situation Chinese college students’ employment. This part is mainly on the college students’ employment rate at one time, the employment of university students in relative stability and the employment of university students in generalized counterparts and the causes which were analyzed and discussed. To interpret from the three aspects of following:a student career intention, market demand and contrast; the employment ability of students and the requirement of distance; the student creative ability and entrepreneurship environment. This part also binds specifically using an example as evidence to college student job case and the difficult question of undergraduate obtaining employment for reflection.The third part is to uncover some countermeasures to our graduate employment. This part puts forward three solutions to increase the college student employment rate as follows:the first is to strengthen graduate employment guidance and reduce student contrast; the second is to improve university education and promote university graduate employment ability; the third is to optimize the social environment, and promote the students’ independent venture. On the difficult question of undergraduate obtain employment at the same time, putting forward corresponding requirements. for the development of the society, universities and students themselves development form three aspects.
