Survey Of Condition Of Pe Education In Prefessional Colleges In Zhengzhou

On the basis of Public physical education in vocational colleges in Zhengzhou City, the thesis on the one hand provides a reference in teaching practice sports for various vocational colleges, on the other hand can offer feasible suggestions for the reform and development of physical education teaching in vocational colleges in the future. The thesis can give service to sound and sustainable development of the vocational colleges in Zhengzhou City and cultivate the moral, intellectual, physical, and aesthetic development of high-quality, skilled personnel.The paper adopts the methods of literatures, interviews and questionnaires. The thesis selects five vocational colleges in Zhengzhou City and investigates and analyzes their present situation of Physical Education. The study in this thesis designs two sets of questionnaires for the teachers and students about their physical education teachers, the status of implementation of sports teaching plans and outlines, sports funding, physical education teaching methods and means of student cognition on Physical Education and some other aspects. There are436sheets questionnaires in all. After373sheets taken back and invalid questionnaires got rid of, a total of358questionnaires are used to study. On the comparative analysis and study of the statistics, national standards requirements and related literatures, we can know that Physical teaching of Zhengzhou City Vocational Colleges is normative in drawing up teaching programs and implementing teaching programs and teaching materials. Vocational College mostly use a fairly standard and advanced and diversified forms of teaching and the contents of their elective course are rich. However, we can also found that there are many problems:Physical education curriculum lacks the effective supervision; teaching philosophy is hysteretic; physical teachers are not enough; faculty buildings are imbalanced; research capacity are poor; sports Teaching funding is lack; venues, facilities and equipments are poor; students have lower satisfaction towards the physical education reform; it does not point out the occupation characteristics and the need of the higher vocational college students in physical education.Based on the problems above, according to China’s education policy and combined with the nature and characteristics of higher vocational education and in line with the practical situation in vocational colleges of Zhengzhou City, the following suggestions are put forward in the thesis:To strengthen supervision to physical education curriculum in Higher Vocational College in Zhengzhou; The idea of lifelong sports should be strengthened; The efforts in building the team of teachers should be increased; The funding for physical education teaching, facilities and equipment should be increased; Physical education teaching should keep pace with time and ceaselessly run after innovation; physical education should conform with students’ occupations.
