With the development of times and the changes of technology and the concept of learning,the game of learning is coming into view gradually.And because of the Government’s active guidance and the vastly participation of experts and scholars, educational games have become a hot topic of China’s educational research. The impact of games on the moral education, which is an important part of education now, and students is the main object of education, so the game of moral education of students’ moral can not be ignored. In addition, the development of the technology make learning on mobile phones, tablet PCs possibly.This mobile terminal constitute a learning mobile platform. So now the development of educational games based on the mobile terminal is not very optimistic, and theory and practice of research in this regard is much less. In view of this,this paper dedicated to design a moral education game called "Red Scarf based on the mobile terminal, We integrate the learning content of ((social and moral)) into the plot of the game, in the game,learners play a virtual role, by interact with the characters and complete the task to promote the formation of good moral character and habits.In this paper, based on he analysis of the research background, the author points out the necessity for the development of moral education game. Through literature research to understand the status of educational games and mobile learning at domestic and abroad.In the demand analysis,firstly,the learner that3-6grade students were analyzed from two aspects of children’s moral development and learning characteristics,then through questionnaire for student’s ideology and morality and the understanding of game,To better understand the educational games, educational games products were analyzed. On the basis of the above analysis, we propose some suggestions about the design of game, and determine the type of game and game development tools.Finally,we interpret the teaching textbook outline and analyze textbooks.On the basis of3-6grade of 《social and moral》,we extract the knowledge that suitable for making the game.On the basis of needs analysis, we complete instructional design and overall design. Instructional design includes the teaching objectives and the content design, over design includes the determination of the scenes, roles, tasks, reward systems, and ultimately a game script.
