At present,"post-90s"college students have become the main body of college students. As a new generation has grown up in the social environment of rapid economic development, of great prosperity culture, of rapid social transformation, compared with previous generations, they have unique and significant features of groups. And their success is directly related to our personnel and the construction of the well-off society, related to the future destiny of the motherland and the nation.The university stage is a critical period for college students, peer group which has importantly influence on "post-90s"college students’growth and success is an important interpersonal environment to them. The paper firstly analyzes the general characteristics and role of the youth peer group environment, and then summary and summarized the new characteristics of the "post-90s" Students’ peer group through the questionnaire survey. Then the paper analyzes the affect that the peer group influences on "post-90s" College students. Finally, according to the peer group characteristics of "post-90s" College students and the affect that the peer group influences on "post-90s" college students, the paper put forward some specific countermeasures about education.The full text is divided into three parts:Part I:The general characteristics and role of Youth peer group environment. The general characteristics of Youth peer group including:the free and equal membership; the strong group cohesion; a wide range of exchange; the distinctive Asian cultural identity of groups; the Strong influence of core character. Its main role includes:The Youth peer group meet the psychological needs of the young; It is an important way of socialization of the youth; It also influences the formation and development of youth values. The new features of the"post-90s"college students peer groups mainly include: the proportion of the one child has risen, the group members is full of personality; a plurality of communicative purpose, the expansion of the scope of objects; the weaken of exchanges of emotional factors, the risen of the utilitarian factors; the information technology of communication, communication by network become trendy.Part II:The impact to "post-90s" college students by the peer group. The Positive impact reflect on four aspects which include:the formation of the ideological and political quality, the cultivation of ideological and political quality of the knowledge quality, the cultivation of ability and quality, the development of physical and mental qualities. The negative effects include:the negative information interfere with the effect of the positive publicity of education; the exclusiveness, defensive of group effect the collaborative unity; the blind conformity effect of the innovation consciousness and ability development of college Students.Part III:To play the positive impact of peer group, in order to promote all-round talents of the"post-90s"college students. Firstly, grasp the development and characteristics of the peer group, emphasis on the community education and management of the college students. Specifically to:face up and respect the existence of peer group; pay attention to the "leader" character education; to improve the students’ ability of interpersonal interaction. Secondly, to strengthen the education of socialist core value system, optimize the community structure and function. Specifically to:lead the peer group culture with socialist core value; strengthen the cultivation of the ideological and moral qualities; strengthen the guidance and education of peer group in the network; enhance the ability of social practice.
