1.ObjectiveExplore the impact of Jinkuishenqiwan and exercise in aging female rats lipid metabolism, inorder to find a scientific and rational intervention methods and theoretical basis to adjust themiddle-aged female lipid metabolism disorders.2.MethodsSelect80female12months old wistar rats, the rats were randomly divided into eight groups, namely the control group (A), the medication group (B),20min exercise group (C1),40minexercise group (C2),60minexercise group (C3), taking20min exercise group (D1), taking40minexercise group (D2) and taking the60min exercise group (D3). After8weeks of medication andtreadmill exercise training, blood to determine serum cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) andhigh low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C and LDL-C) content and serum lipoproteinlipase (LPL) and hepatic lipase (HL) activity. All data SPSS17.0software for statistical analysis.3.ResultsThe blood of the treated group of TC, TG and LDL-C decreased significantly compared with thecontrol group, while HDL-C significantly increased (P <0.O5), and exercise no significantdifference in serum TC and HDL-C;40min,60minTG in the blood of the exercise groupsignificantly reduced (P <0.O5), taking40min and60min exercise group TG is significantlyreduced (P <0.01), and significantly lower than the pure drug group and40min,60min exercisegroup (P <LDL-C in the blood of the0.O5);40min exercise group were significantly lower (P<0.O5), medication40min exercise group LDL-C significantly reduced (P <0.01), andsignificantly lower than the treated group and40min exercise group (P <0.O5); compared withthe control group, the LPL activity in the blood of the treated group and40min exercise groupsignificantly increased (P <0.O5), taking40min exercise group blood LPL activity issignificantly increased (P<0.01) and significantly higher than the medication group and40minexercise group (P <0.O5); compared with the control group, drug group and other groups bloodHL activity had no significant influence.4.Conclusions4.1simply taking Jinkuishenqiwan significant inhibition in the aging rat serum TC, TG, LDL-Clevels rise, promoting increased HDL-C content and LPL activity, suggesting thatJinkuishenqiwan with a certainregulate the role of lipid metabolism.4.2movement to reduce the aging rat blood TG and LDL-C content and increased LPL activityhas a distinct role, suggesting that the appropriate amount of exercise can improve the lipidmetabolism disorders in aging rats. 4.3to take Jinkuishenqiwan and movement combination of a very significant role to reduce theaging rat blood TG and LDL-C level, as well as to increase LPL activity, and the results arebetter than that of medication and exercise, suggesting that taking Jinkuishenqitang pillcombination of the movement there is a certain synergy in the regulation of the aged rats lipidmetabolism.
