As a new round of the reform of the historical course, classroom teaching will be more relying heavily on the history of the effective construction course teachers. Foster positive effective classroom, guarantee the education quality, and is education reform smoothly forward important node. As a social division one of the core curriculum of history because of its subject education in the course of the important position has always occupied, it is related to the various questions in the study also unceasingly thoroughly.In China’s basic education curriculum reform, education reform is around the curriculum reform, the curriculum reform is the center of gravity of the classroom teaching, teaching and involves the key of teacher professional development. The effective teaching the theory and practice of research, it is the mutual influence the embodiment of development. On the other hand, to realize the new course three-dimensional teaching goal:"knowledge and skills, process and methods, attitudes and values", also inevitable, essentially calls for the effective implementation of the teaching.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the introduction, related to the subject of this study suggested that an overview of the theoretical foundation and research. The second part focuses on the effective teaching history of understanding, effective teaching history from the definition of the concept, content until it to the implementation of the analysis and understanding history of macro and micro effective teaching construction problems. The third part is the core part of this paper, analyzes the preset generation of the core concepts of the dialectical unity and their relationship, especially to the classroom effectively and generated default the strategies on the detailed analysis, assisted by teaching case, hope to an integrated perspective on the history of the classroom teaching and generated default effectively, and the current our country history class of effective teaching of its recommendations.
