This paper will be based on arts from the curriculum standard,textbook and classroom practice, take the class of design and application as an example, objective to optimization class structure and improve the efficiency of the classroom, the basic background of practical ability from the class of design and application, and the status of art education in the developed countries, as well as the class of design and application especially as for the practical ability on the influence of the comprehensive development of students, taking students as the root."I think","I can","I do"is a new teaching model which based on "the student individuality all power" and "discovery learning".
