Students of learning difficulties are one of the important issues of academic research in the past20years. Especially in today’s society people-oriented, we should pay more attention to the healthy growthof each individual. For the successors of the21st century-the young students, their instructions should tobe more patient, more passionate. For students of learning difficulties, as a family, should be given themmore words of encouragement; As a school, should be given them greater confidence to learn theknowledge and skills; As a society, have to give them greater self-confidence to stand on the big stage ofthe social to dance of their own wonderful life. Motivation theories in the field of economic managementare more mature. Since the20th century, the Western management scientists, sociologists and psychologistsfrom different angles studied that how to motivate people, and proposed a lot of incentive theories. Forexample, Content theories, Process theories, Reinforcement theories. If parents, teachers and thecommunities can know and use the motivation theories in learning and life, and our children, our students-particularly students of learning difficulties will not weariness, will not hate school, but rather the school asa park, the paradise of they learn to master the knowledge. Motivation theory transfer the students oflearning difficulties with learning style and attitude towards based on the existing research, and taking twomiddle schools of Shangqiu, Henan province as an example, and investigating the status of junior middleschool students with learning difficulties, and interviewing the head teachers, and making the conclusion,reason analysis, Then targeted to the countermeasure of junior middle school students with learningdifficulties.This study includes four parts: The first part, the introduction. Expounding several parts mainly: reasons of topic, domestic andforeign research situation, the ideas, the methods, the innovation of the study.The second part, the surveys of junior middle school students with learning difficulties. Firstly,analysis the investigation design and implement based on this, the two schools of Shangqiu as the subjectof investigation, and have a survey for180students in two schools, and analysis survey results, and thesurvey results as follows: Teachers in students’ attitudes are very important for their students with learningdifficulties and have a great relationship; students’ learning attitudes and learning styles have a greatrelationship with learning difficulties; level of education of parents have little relationship of students withlearning difficulties.The third part, analyze the causes of students with learning difficulties. There are specific reasons:lack of interest in learning; the incorrect motivation and negative attitude in learning; the influence offamily education, school education, and social.The fourth part, transfer tactics of the students with learning difficulties based on motivatetheories. Motivation theories applied to the transformation of students with learning difficulties mainly;there are some strategies as follows: target incentive, role models incentive, trust incentive, emotionalincentive.The fifth part, the countermeasures of transformation of t learning disabled students based onincentive theory. According to the findings and reasons analysis, and propose to the concrete measures, forexample, the main countermeasures transfer the students with learning difficulties of families; the maincountermeasures transfer the students with learning difficulties of schools; the main countermeasurestransfer the students with learning difficulties of society.
