| Objective: This article take the rat as the experimental object. To do different frequency of mechanicalvibration intervention on rats, to explore the vibration intervention on movement in rats after fatigue(SOD),(BUN) and other biochemical indicators of the feasibility of methods and theoretical reference forthe rapid elimination of the athletes’ sport fatigue.,it is a feasibility method and theoric reference for therapid elimination of sports fatigue.Methods:40SPF SD female healthy rats were divided into5groups randomly,8rats each group byadaptability fed for3days.blank group(O)ã€control group(C)ã€low frequency in the intervention group(L)ã€middle frequency in the intervention group (m)〠high frequency in the intervention group(h).Fourthday, select (O) rats once weight exhaustive swimming exercise test: negative weightof3%of its weight, and record exhaustive exercise time, provide a reference for the design of the Exercisegroup were non-weight-bearing swimming,(O) rats weight-bearing exercise exhaustive swimming timeof70%of aerobic exercise:60minutes a day3days a week. After each exercise, using platformmechanical vibration therapy. instrument on the implementation of the different frequencies of vibration inthe intervention group (L group:15Hz; M Group:25Hz; group H:35Hz) vibration intervention for15minexperimental time of6weeks. Continuously during the experiment on rats behavioral observation andregular weighing. The end of the experiment, in addition to (O) group all last Exhaustive loaded swimmingrecord exhaustive exercise time. Blood samples were collected the next day all rats, processing, testing andstatistical analysis. Measured blood biochemical parameters: serum paraformaldehyde (MDA), superoxidedis mutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), blood lactate (BLA), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), and so on.Results:(1)Avibration intervention exhaustive swimming time of rats(L) group and (H) group and (C) group swimming time extension, there are significant differences (P<0.05);(M) group and (C) group was significantly prolonged swimming time, there are very significantdifference (P <0.01); group (L) group (M), and (H) group of rats swimming time was significantly prolonged, with significant differences (P <0.05).(2) vibration intervention on serum (BLA)After exhaustive exercise, compared with (O) group, the exercise group after exhaustive exercise BLAwas significantly increased, with a very significant difference (P <0.01);(L) group,(M) group,(H) groupand (C) group of BLA was significantly lower, with significant differences (P <0.05);(M), group and (L)group,(H) group comparison BLA was significantly lower, has a very significant with differences (P<0.01).(3)The vibration intervention (SOD) in serumAfter exhaustive exercise, compared with (O) group, movement and vibration-intervention serumSOD activity is significantly increased (P <0.01); and (C) group compared to the SOD in the interventiongroup significantly increased (P <0.05);(M), SOD activity was significantly higher than the (L) group and(H) group, with significant differences (P <0.05).(L) compared to the group and (H) group, SOD alsoincreased, with significant differences (P <0.05).(4)Vibration intervention on serum (MDA),After exhaustive exercise (O) serum MDA is significantly less than the movement and the interventiongroup (P <0.01);(C) group was significantly higher than the vibration intervention group (P <0.05);(L)group slightly higher than the (M) group, but significant differences (P>0.05);(M) group (H) group, resultsare significantly lower, with significant differences (P <0.05).(5)vibration intervention on serum (BUN)After exhaustive exercise (O) group is significantly lower than the exercise and intervention group (P<0.01);(C) group than in the vibration intervention group significantly increased (P <0.05);(L) group thanin the (slightly higher M) group, but there was no significant difference (P>0.05);(M) group (H) group, results are significantly lower, with significant differences (P <0.05).(6)The vibration intervention on serum (CAT)After exhaustive exercise, compared with (O) group, movement and vibration in the intervention groupserum levels of CAT activity was significantly increased,(P <0.01);(C) group, the intervention groupsignificantly increased (P <0.05);(M) group, CAT activity was significantly higher than the (L) group and(H) group, the difference was significant (P <0.05).(L) group and (H) group compared to, SOD significantly increased (P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)6weeks of aerobic exercise can significantly improve exercise capacity in rats to prolong theirswimming time.(2) The mechanical vibration fatigue after exercise in rats of (SOD),(BUN),(BLA),(MDA)and(CAT) biochemical indexes of effect more apparent.(3) The experimental results show that:15Hz,25Hz and35Hz three different vibration frequency ofintervention (SOD),(BUN),(CAT),(MDA) and (BLA) the biochemical indicators significantly affect thevibration frequency of25Hz. |
