With the development of society and change, students’social development there have been many new challenges and issues, These issues have become pressing theoretical and practical problems in school education, The issues of students’social development is increasingly prominent, at the same time, reflect the problems of school education. In the new curriculum reform, new social course make up for the shortcomings of the traditional school education cultivate students’social development. Social course designed to promote students’ moral and social development, lay the foundation for students to understand the social, participation the social, becomes a loving, responsible, good behavior and personality of the qualified citizens for socialist. However, on the implementation of social course in the schools in China is still weak, to a certain extent, caused the social curriculum in schools in China effect is not obvious; cultivate students social awareness than the weak and backward situation.Students’ social development are important subjects in educational practice, also the basic problems of human development, at the same time are school education must face the reality of the problem. The researchers said, through language, mathematics, general learning of basic courses to cultivate students’social quality is an effective way. After the new curriculum reform, this topic of high school mathematics new curriculum on students’social development is an issue worth in-depth study. On the high school mathematics new curriculum on students’ social development, to other stages of education and other education students’practical aspects of social development has the certain reference value. For teachers and education researchers have some help, so better in teaching in the practice of school education on the students’promotion of social development. For follow-up courses in research, curriculum reform, textbook compilation principle and theoretical aspects of research have inspired effect, but also to other disciplines and other stages of education and research has a certain reference.This study from the viewpoint of high school mathematics new course this discipline, started in the researchers’ observation and practice literature retrieval, in analyzing the predecessors on the basis of the relevant research results, according to the students’ social development theories, text in high school mathematics new curriculum (include curriculum, textbooks and so on) of students’study and analysis of content related to social development. Researchers through to high school mathematics new curriculum of theoretical research and system analysis, rethinking the issues of mathematics new curriculum to promote students’ social development, combined with the experimental observation on students’ social development in new curriculum in senior middle school mathematics textbook analysis and discussion on the implementation of the contents, reveal the relationship between high school mathematics new curriculum and students’ social development, discussion and develop students’ social development strategy under the background of new curriculum.Determined according to the study of research questions and basic assumptions, according to the requirements specification for educational research and technology for document analysis, empirical research and analysis, study on high school mathematics new curriculum to promote students’ social development are the following several aspects the findings:Firstly, by predecessors of a representative on the student social research and analysis of research results, researchers found that social is the person in the process of social life, participation in social life, exchanges and social groups etc., responding to social life and scene of formation and demonstrated social characteristics, performance for individual social cognition, social emotional, social communication, social adjustment, moral qualities, personal development. Content of the students’ social development divided into social cognition, social emotional, social behavior and social cognition is the basis for the students’ social development; social emotional is the students’ social impetus to the development of internal factors; social action is the external manifestations of students’ social development.Secondly, Researchers by empirical research on students’ social development based textbooks in high school mathematics, conclusion are:in three aspects of students’ social development, social emotional, social cognition, social behavior in the new mathematics course textbooks are involved, which involve the most social cognitive, students’ social cognitive development is the focus of school education on students’ social development concerns, also reflects the students’ social cognition is the basis for social development of students. In the new curriculum in senior middle school mathematics textbooks on students’ social development content in the core module and the percentage of elective course in the series significantly different, the proportion of compulsory modules far exceeding the percentage of elective course in the series. High school mathematics textbooks on students’ social development in the new curriculum content reflected in the examples and exercises section, in the examples and exercises section appears nearly the total per cent of the total number of70%. On the content of the social development of students in high school mathematics textbook does appear in the new curriculum helps students’ social development of cognitive, social, emotional, social behavior, thereby promoting the social development of students. Not only the content itself has a promoting effect on students’ social development, the teacher’s teaching also affects the students’level of social development, different courses of implementation of the programme to enhance students’ social development also play different effects.Finally, exploring the strategy training students’social development under the background of mathematics new curriculum, researchers believe that develop students’social from the course objectives, course content, curriculum, and a few more to think about. Implementation of mathematical education on cultivation of students’social development goals is important prerequisite for cultivating students’social, course objectives and social development of students age characteristics, and student of the department of social and environmental demands on students’ social development reached a unified, for students of social development provides favourable conditions. Full development and utilization of curriculum resources in cultivating students’ social is the basis for promoting students’social development, strengthening mathematics curriculum with community, national, community, school links, help students to awareness and understanding the variety social life, improve the ability of students to participate in real life, to promote students’social development. Take courses develop students’social model, approaches and practices for improving classroom teaching activities can make high school mathematics new curriculum objectives, course content and curriculum of the courses on how to promote students’social development of the core, improve mathematics new curriculum train and develop students’social features.
