A Self-Organizing Construction Method Of Learning Resources And Its Application Based On Network Learning Community

With the continuous development of e-learning, more and more people are beginning to realize the importance of network learning resources. In recent years, many domestic colleges and universities spent a lot of energy on the construction of the network learning resources, and obtained many achievements. However, generally speaking, these resources lack of practicability and pertinence, and the update speed is very slow, unable to meet the teaching and learning needs of teachers and students. This paper argues that the traditional teacher-led construction mode of learning resources is the root cause of these issues. In order to thoroughly solve these problems, it is necessary to make full use of the self-growth characteristics of learning resources in the network learning platform. Since the self-growth of learning resources comes from the frequent interaction between teachers and students, students and students. So it is necessary to design a convenient platform for coordination and communication between teachers and students, so as to realize the co-construction and sharing of learning resources in this platform.This paper’s mainly work is:First of all, put forward a construction method of SNS network learning community based on the interest, took advantage of SNS to construct network learning community, on one hand, solved the problem of "lonely" students in the process of network learning, on the other hand, provided a good interactive environment for students’cooperation study; Secondly, brought the self-organization theory into the construction process of network learning resources, let the students studying in the network can also participate in the co-construction and sharing activities of learning resources, promoted the self-growth of learning resources by the interaction of teaching and learning, so as to provide a large number of highly targeted learning resources those rich in forms and content for teachers and students; Finally, designed and implemented a learning community based on the network learning community, realized the self-organization construction of learning resources in the SNS learning community, and Standardized the designs of learning resources, managed them through the form of digital learning resources library; In this paper, the mentioned self-organization construction method of network learning resources has been verified in the construction of Nanjing university "Digital Learning Resources Library", and it also has a good reference and guidance in the construction of the learning resources in other colleges and universities.
