Study On The Current Situation And How To Answer The Problems Of The Scientific Research Among Non—governmental Higher School In Chinese

Scientific research is one of the functions of University,as a part of higher education Non—governmental higher School should undertake this task. but through the survey,found that the countermeasure of Scientific research of Non—governmental higher School in our country is not ideal.<National education reform and development of long-term planning programs>(2010—2020) was promulgated.it plans to development the Non—governmental education, then, in March2011Zhejiang Province as the pilot province to development Non—governmental education. X University in Zhejiang,and in China’s Non—governmental higher schools it is top20,.In this paper, analysis based on X,found the current situation, drawing on the experience of foreign universities, then to propose some countermeasures.The essay analyze X University’s scientific research funds, the number of papers and quality of project situation, awards, access to the patent situation, and contrast with the University of the Y in the same province, found the problems of Non—governmental higher school’s scientific research:in recent years, scientific research developed, but the growth is slow; research started late; research capacity is weak; research and development is not balanced between the Non—governmental higher school. Meanwhile, X gives some experience to others:the perfect scientific management system, the rational faculty (research team), relying on local economic develop research, relying on quality courses as research, building the communication platform of research findings (of); addition, the study showed that Non—governmental higher school are relying on the macro-environment (the local policy for Non—governmental higher schools, economic level) have a significant impact on the scientific research of the Non—governmental higher schools. Finally, the essay gives some suggestions to solve the problem.
