With the in-depth development of Educational Information, the development pathway of educational information has gradually become one of the focus of attention in the school academic of educational technology."The recovery and reconstruction after-disaster in Sichuan has successfully completed ",Wei Hong who is vice governor in Sichuan said in the press conference of the State Council Information Office about the institutions, for example, the Sichuan post-disaster recovery and reconstruction on Feb24,2012.It also implies that the recovery and reconstruction of educational information in Wenchuan earthquake has been successfully completed. In the goal that the three-year mandate needs to complete in two years,The educational information of Wenchuan earthquake-stricken areas ushered in the era of high-profile, full-coverage. However, what means dose the educational information of Wenchuan earthquake develop so quickly by? It is the origin of this study. We can summarizes their common character, that is the development of educational information, through the Digital Qingchuan,The Hoping Computer Classroom of HP, Teacher Training Project of Disaster area in China-UNICEF, and other phenomena. Through the perspective of these phenomena, we can find that their essence is the way of the development of educational information in Wenchuan earthquake-stricken areas. The remarkable results achieved by the development approach of educational information in Wenchuan earthquake-stricken areas are successful, encouraging and full of expectations. Thus, this study firstly combed the former evaluation system research of educational information by the Literature Method. And tried to build the development model of educational information in Wenchuan earthquake-stricken areas. And then, we are regarded the model as a framework for the data from Fieldwork, and use it in the earthquake-stricken areas. Finally, the study attempts to demonstrate the development approach of educational information in Wenchuan earthquake-stricken areas in order to help educational information in disaster areas soundly develop and promote the Equity in Education, the Balanced Development in Education and Educational modernization process. And it also provides a new paradigm for the development pathway of educational information in China. Firstly define the concept of "the development pathway of educational information" and then focus on combing the former research of the development approach of educational information at home and abroad and the educational information about Wenchuan earthquake by the Literature Method. Subsequently, the development paths of educational information in Wenchuan earthquake-stricken areas are classified and consolidated, and explain its significance. And focused on reviewing and analyzing the former research of the evaluation index system of educational information at home and broad and the ecological view of educational information. Basing on the above two points, we can build the model of educational information in Wenchuan earthquake-stricken areas. And then details the sample selection, the research design, the research process, and so on. Analyze the first-hand data through Fieldwork from the two dimensions that are the building status of educational information which includes the policy of educational information, the plan and management in educational information, infrastructure of educational information, software resources of educational information, personnel of educational information, IT courses, and the application status of educational information which is illustrated from management staff in educational information, principal, teachers, students in primary and secondary school perspective, and regards the model of educational information in Wenchuan earthquake-stricken areas as a framework. Finally, summarizes the achievements of educational information in Wenchuan earthquake-stricken areas. We have come to the conclusions that it has achieved a rapid development in educational information in Wenchuan earthquake-stricken areas. However, there are still some problems in the development process of educational information in these earthquake-stricken areas, such as lack of the persistent funds, advanced hardware facilities but lag in the underware, Information Silo building everywhere but sharing mechanism has not yet formed, personnel structure has yet to improve, how to choose the development of the culture in these earthquake-stricken areas in facing the impact of Digital Age. The sound development strategies to address the above problems are as following:fully implement the policy of educational information in these areas and continually improve it, coordinate the choice among the development pathway of educational information in Wenchuan earthquake-stricken areas, establish the long-term mechanism in Counterpart Support and make blood transfusion become hematopoietic in the development pathway of educational information, continually upgrade the educational information system of Wenchuan earthquake-stricken areas, educational information can become a symbiotic and harmony system together with natural and cultural environments in Wenchuan earthquake-stricken areas.
