Moral Education is a kind of education activities which cancultivate people’s ideological and moral with Purpose and plansAccording to the requirements of society. The success or failure ofMoral Education relates to the prosperity of the nation and theprosperity of the country. Morality is one of mankind’s commonparticipation of the total project; Of course, it is also Collectivewisdom in the process of human development. The practice of MoralEducation is in the implementation of a certain regularity, at thesame time, the aging characteristics of Moral Education requiresmoral education can not be developed and fixed rigidly .In each of thedifferent historical periods ,the requirements of social and individualon Moral Education are different, of course ,these theoreticaldifferences are bound to lead the differences in the process of thepractice, the Content, the channels and the conduct of moraleducation in primary and secondary schools. As we all know, themain positions of moral education are in schools, Primary andsecondary schools is an ideological and moral quality of theformation period and gradually stereotypes, Primary and secondaryschool Moral Education is the most critical link in the total project ofMoral Education. In recent years, Education sessions are interested in the changes of China’s Moral Education in primary and secondaryschool which were brought by the reform and opening up except that,they have different views on this issue. In this paper, The author beginthe Study from the main perpetrators of Moral Education --- teachers’position , select the elderly, middle-aged and young, three differentages teachers as research objects, Reference to the sociology andphilosophy of research ideas, use the main research methods ofinterviews and surveys described the personal experience and theimmediate perception of the three age groups of classroom teachersin the practice of Moral Education in primary and secondary schoolsmore objectively and directly . Render some subtle changes occurredin the primary and secondary school’s Moral Education in China sincethe reform and opening up and deeper problems behind thesechanges by the mouth of the three teachers.This article contains six chapters. The first chapter start from theorigin of the problem, purpose and significance, literature review, laidthe basic framework for the thesis.In Chapter two, author analysisedand discussed the current question that the primary and secondaryschool’s Moral Education is suffering from a "condemnation" andconfusion of this phenomenon with one Old teacher who engaged inthe moral education and considerable Moral Education for manyyears and had self-cultivation and depth theory. The third chapter, theauthor discuss the question of the limitations of the Moral Educationin Schools with a middle-aged backbone teachers, and reach aconsensus that is Primary and secondary school Moral Education isnot the master key for all ethical issues .In the forth chapter, theauthor gave us some inspiration through a number of specific cases, that is the moral and mental health education of primary andsecondary schools to make each other is irreplaceable. In Chapterfive ,the author discussed the point that primary and secondaryschool moral and mental health education is facing a lot of confusionsince the reform and opening up, at the same time,analysised thoseinnovative aspects which Worthy of recognition? In the sixth Chapter,author based on the review and reflection on the former five chapters,elaborated the developing way forward, as well as social andindividual expectations of primary and secondary school’s MoralEducation in the twenty-first century.Through research, we can see that, with the progress anddevelopment, Moral Education, especially the primary and secondaryschool’s Moral Education has become the focus of attention of thewhole society. The success or failure of Moral Education in primaryand secondary schools has a direct impact on the overall level ofdevelopment of the moral qualities of the young generation and allmembers of society. Under the impact of the reform and opening upthe tide of the primary and secondary school Moral Education has notonly stick to the Moral Education curriculum in schools or related toMoral Education. To cultivate the fruits of Moral Education in theschool on this piece of pure land, you need the assistance andsupport of social and personal parties. While continuing to innovatehas become the only way out of the characteristics of MoralEducation in primary and secondary schools since the reform andopening up as well as future development. Meanwhile, thetwenty-first century is rapidly changing, only the seeds of the"innovation" can take on the training of moral, intellectual, physical, and the United States, labor of various education-round developmentof new talent, and continue the glorious mission of the traditionalvirtues of Chinese!...
