Today, we’re in a time with the globalized network. In order to be able to train qualitativeprimary and secondary school teachers to meet the requirement of the society, secondary normalschools have carried out a series of reforms. Since physics is a required course of the students insecondary normal schools, which directly linked with the science and physics, the importance isself-evident. But due to the current situation of the students in secondary normal schools and thecharacteristics of physics, the development of the physical teaching in secondary normal schoolshas encountered greater difficulties than ever.In reference to a great deal of literatures about B-learning, this article tries to apply theB-learning to the physical teaching in secondary normal schools in order to solve the problems init at present, and take it as an example to carry out the research. The research methods includeliterature research method, observational method, questionnaire survey method, contrastexperiment method and interview method. Through the assessment of student achievement,lessons competition and questionnaire survey, this paper tries to find out the principles ofapplication of B-learning in the Secondary Normal School physical teaching so as to provide ameaningful reference for the majority of front-line teachers on both the theory and the practice.From the theoretical value, the most of current studies of B-learning are in universities,distance-education organizations and training of enterprises, and mainly based on the research ofonline teaching. This study permeates B-learning theory into the physical teaching in secondarynormal schools. Combining with the characteristics of students and physical teaching insecondary normal schools, this study relatively concentrates on the exploration and practiceresearch by using the face-to-face classroom teaching, together with the online learning andpractice. Thus, the B-learning theory is optimized to a certain extent, and its connotation hasbeen enriched. At the same time, with the change of the surviving environment of the SecondaryNormal Schools and the quality of students, the society put forward a higher request to thephysical teaching. The development of physical teaching in secondary normal schools has met its bottleneck. Therefore, this research also provides an effective method to get rid of the currentpredicament of the physical teaching, together with some theoretical basis.From the teaching practice, this study extends the field of application of B-learning, andstrengthens the practice in the same way. Firstly,it is helpful to change the dilemma, which thephysical teaching is facing. It can enable teachers to keep away from difficulties and puzzles andlet students authentically participate in learning, and thus their learning initiative, and exploringspirit can also be really cultivated and improved. Secondly, according to the characteristics of theSecondary Normal School, the design and implement of the specific mode of operation in thispassage is also useful to the specialization of this subject. The practice has proved that theapplication of B-learning in secondary normal schools can improve students’modern educationtechnology skills, arm them with the basic teaching knowledge, skills and abilities, and helpthem change the role from students to teachers. Finally, this thesis provides physical teachers’research of B-learning in secondary normal schools with a study case and benefits their teachingresearch as a reference.
