Study Of The Relationship Between Employment Structure And Higher Education Structure Of Sichuan Province

The university enrollment was increased in1999. Since then, Chinese higher education has transformed from elite style into popular style. At the same time, the employment problem of undergraduate is coming out gradually. The demand of talented person is changing with the development of economic and employment structure. On the condition of the higher education scale rapid expansion and talent market competition becomes increasingly fierce, how the higher education structure and the talent market should realize interactions? This problem is essentially how to deal with the relathionship of higher education structure and employment structure.In this paper analyzes the change of the employment structure and university structure to find the subject structure and employment structure change rules and characteristics. Based on2000-2009years of sichuan province economic and the higher education data,it quantitatively analyzes the change of the employment structure of Sichuan and the effect to the branch structure of institutions of higher education. Besides, it discusses the structure of institutions of higher education in Sichuan adjusts to the change of the employment structure.From the analysis of Sichuan higher education engineering major plays a significant role in the subject structure of higher education in Sichuan. Then it was management and literature.From the analysis of employment structure the employment proportion of the first industry in Sichuan has been decreasing constantly.The employment proportion of the second industry has been increasing. It is the industry with most rate of increase among the three industries in Sichuan. Nevertheless, compared with the employment proportion of national third industry.The change of the employment structure and the change of the higher education structure are in the same direction. The enrollment amount of agriculture had decreased gradually in Sichuan, which coordinates the decrease of the employment proportion of the first industry; the engineering and polytechnic subject relevant to the second industry had decreased with a high proportion; the enrollment proportion of the subjects coordinated the third industry had increased gradually. Finally, the paper analyzes the data by SPSS software to find the Correlation coefficient of three industries and high school structure. Establish the optimum regression model between the various sectors and the school discipline.
