Therefore the teachers are the keyfactors of the application in senior high school, and it has theoretical and practical values to stuy on politicsteachers.From the present study on political course in senior high school teachers, inquiry learning promotesthe professional development of teachers in this subject, mainly embodying in that teachers has a morecomprehensive understanding of the learning objectives, teaching concepts has been updated, and thatteachers’ value are better reflected. While affirming the achievements, problems existing should also beaware of. Only finding problems actively, can teachers solve them better, improve the professionalqualities of teachers, and promote research study in the political course in high school. They lack a correctunderstanding of the inquiry learning,"General knowledge" as well as research of teaching competence.These shortcomings make them feel inadequate when they are carrying out research learning activities,which is the root cause of their lack of a sense of responsibility and enthusiasm in inquiry learning.A quite stable team of teachers with good quality is the basis for the development of education.Inquiry learning is both one of the important means of promoting quality education and the realization offour-dimensional objectives. In the process of its implementation, teachers will have some basicrequirements. First of all, politics is the main way to foster students ’ moral habits in high school. It is the most basic requirement for teachers to carry out ideological and political activities of research-based studyin senior high school and to possess high moral qualities. Secondly, to have a healthy mental quality is alsoimportant. In these activities, teachers’ role change and teachers will lose their "Teachers First" superiority.Meanwhile, the activities will bring many challenges for teachers. Thirdly, teachers should possesseducation concept keeping pace with the ideological and political course in senior high school, includingcorrect inquiry learning views on the course, teachers and students. Education concept determines theteacher’s work direction and has a great impact on the effect of teacher’s work. Setting up the educationconcept complying with requirements of the contemporary education is essential for carrying out inquirylearning activities. Finally, the inquiry learning activities require modernization of ideological and politicalcourse in the teaching ability of senior high teachers. Modernization of teaching ability is the guarantee ofsuccess of developing research learning activities, primarily in three areas:1, reasonable knowledgestructures;2, the ability of scientific research in education;3, abilities in organization, coordination andcommunication.According to the requirements of inquiry learning and practical experience that you already have, wecan see that, only meeting the basic requirement of school ideological and political activities, can teachersbe able to complete it.We believe that, as the senior politics teachers, three "researches" should be possessed: firstly, toresearch themselves, to find out their weaknesses and to improve their own qualities with clear aims;secondly, to study the curriculum, to identify the activities,to research courses, correctly understanding andgrasping; Thirdly, to research students, the subjects of the study, to understand them and to master allaspects of student, which facilitate the activities. In addition, he construction of the external environmentshould also be strengthened, in order to provide a good environment for ideological and political course and to promote the teaching quality of their habits. First, the construction of resources should be strengthened toimprove school resources required for carrying out inquiry learning; Second, management should beenhanced with the aim to improve the ideological and political course in senior middle school teachers ’responsibility and motivation of inquiry learning; At last, proper publicity guide should be given to raiseteacher’s recognition and support.In summary, inquiry learning activities help to cultivate students ’ innovative spirit and practicalability, in line with society’s need for talents.
