Study Of Network Share For Elaborate Courses Of National Level

National Program of Web-Delivery for Elaborate Courses (NPWDEC) has madea success since it started in 2003. According to literature researches and userexperience about elaborate courses of national level, but we found that there are stillkinds of problems in the network share which would further impacton the reform of higher education in China. With the rise of international OpenCourse Ware(OCW) and domestic network open class, the sharing situation aboutelaborate courses of national level need to be improved urgently.This paper has done some investigations, analysis and counter measures aboutelaborate courses of national level’s network share with the following methodsincluding literature review, comparison and investigation. Firstly, through manyrelevant literatures and information about the development of NPWDEC, the processof OCW and the influence of network open class, we have gotten an overall grasp ofelaborate courses of national level’s situation about network share. Secondly,according to the certained target of the research and current conditions, the paperdesigned two questionnaires which one was about the use experience of elaboratecourses and other network share courses for college students, and another was aboutthe degree of perfection of elaborate courses of national level’s data, and carried outthe investigation on the web and in the reality. Thirdly, according to the result ofinvestigation and some literature research, the paper concluded three major problemsfor the current elaborate courses of national level: lacking of concept of share,greening of sharing operation, shorting of shared courses themselves——andanalysed them. Finally, aimed at these problems and combined with the result ofinvestigation and the newest trend of NPWDEC, the paper putted forward threecounter measures: strengthening the understanding for concept of share, exploring andimproving the mode of sharing operation, planning an optimized development of itsnew stage.This paper has made an overall study about elaborate courses of national level’snetwork share, hoping to improve share efficiency of elaborate courses of national leveland to promote the reform and development of the cause of higher education in China.
