Actuality And Cost Analysis Of National Program Of Web-Delivery For Elaborate Courses

National Program of Web-Delivery for Elaborate Courses(NPWDEC) has developed for six years,and has great influence at home and abroad.The paper has summarized the achievements of NPWDEC from the discipline distributed situation, the curriculum in the school distributed,situation,the application of fund statement, and the appraisal system,etc.,and analyzed the education costs.At the same time,this study has also carried out the questionnaire survey in the teachers and students,and analyzed the education costs which in the process of the elaborate courses on construction,teaching and so on.Based on the cost analysis of the education,some reasonable proposals are presented.The research has found that the NPWDEC has some costs,such as the NPWDEC exacerbated the imbalance in the development of subject or specialty,weakened the constructive power of disadvantaged groups,caused the contradictions of the allocation of funds in the course construetion,and made it difficult to form the unique elaborate courses.Therefore,the follow-up construction of elaborate courses should pay attention to promote the harmonious development of the professional curriculum, improve the management of the allocation of funds,strengthen the concern about the students and teachers of non-products,induct a full range evaluation strategies of elaborate courses,popularize the application scope of the elaborate courses,so that more people can obtain benefits from the project,and then maximize the benefits of the project.
