Nowadays, competition, Enterprise core competition is the competition of talents, howto make their employees be "talent", is of particular concern to many leadership. Allowemployees to be "talent" is the basis of improving their professional qualities. Improvequality, strengthen the ability to work, employees are more adapted to their work, thencreate more profits for enterprises, and ultimately achieve a win-win situation of theenterprise and its employees. At the same time, the80’s staff has gradually become themain force of society; their quality and ability directly influence the overallsocio-economic development. So this study will discuss the80’s staff structure ofprofessional quality as core, analysis the status of the80’s staff of professional quality,explore the relationship between it and occupation adaptation, aim to enhance the80’sstaff of professional quality awareness and improved their vocational adaptability level.Hoped to promote the enterprise selection, employment, education and keeping, theseprovide a basis in the training programs for enterprises to develop, to create the humanenvironment.This study is based on literature review, collected the content of the80’s staff ofprofessional quality by the interview, establishment of a questionnaire problem. With the80’s staff as the research object, the study has project analysis, exploration and validationfactors analysis on the80’s staff structure of professional quality, and further to discuss the80’s staff features of professional quality and the relationship between it and occupationadaptation. The conclusion is as follows:1. the80’s staff structure of professional quality is multidimensionality, includingpersonal work style, personal work attitude, interpersonal skills and analytical thinking.The questionnaire of the80’s staff of professional quality is validity can be used as aneffective measurement tool.2. By the level of the80’s staff of professional quality, the gender of the lord effect isremarkable in dimension and the total score of the80’s staff of professional quality. Theenterprise nature of the lord effect is remarkable in the total score. The degree of the lordeffect is remarkable in dimension of analytical thinking. The gender, enterprise and degreeof the interaction are unremarkable in dimension and the total score. But gender andenterprise nature of the interaction is remarkable in dimension of personal work style. Gender and degree is remarkable in dimension of personal work style, interpersonal skillsand the total score.3. Between the80’s staff of professional quality and occupation adaptation showed asignificant positive correlation. Personal work attitude, interpersonal skills and analyticalthinking could positively predict employees’ occupation adaptation.
