The moral education in universities in China has been dominant moraleducation is given priority to, and in a period of time within the play a veryimportant role.But with the development of the social environment at home andabroad and change, the factors affecting the university students’ moral developmentalso become diversification, the dominant way of moral education apparently is hardto resist various factors outside of the attack, the effectiveness of the dominantmoral education also weakens. Therefore, colleges and universities need to developdominant moral education of moral course outside, that is, university hidden moralcourse. Therefore, colleges and universities have it reduced "infusion", added"penetration", through the subtly influence and lead the way of college students’moral form, can enhance the actual effect of moral education, and combined withdominant moral curriculum university moral education, improve the course system.Outside of the moral education required to develop dominant moral education course,that is, university hidden moral course.Based on the different levels of four universities for research object, in the fouruniversity moral education of the implicit curriculum present situation, the existencequestion and the reason, based on the research of the survey, and further analyzedthe university moral education course characteristics, the implicit function and itsdevelopment and principle of the field, and combined with the content for acomprehensive system of university hidden moral curriculum development. Hiddenmoral curriculum development universities mainly concentrated in four aspects, thatis, the depth of the dominant curriculum universities discover hidden moral course,reasonable planning college material aspects of the recessive moral educationcourses, fully university organization levels of hidden moral curriculum and activelyconstruct university spirit the cultural level hidden moral course, forms a completecollege moral education curriculum system recessive, to enhance the actual effect ofthe university moral education has certain practical significance.
