"Value orientation" research behind of curriculum development practice is logical starting point of curriculum theory research , as well the key to solve the problems that occur during curriculum development practice. However, from originating day, curriculum development pays attention to the operating procedure focusing on shaping itself a study concerning "model", which, an extremed development, push curriculum development into single technological process. People favor technique and approaches of curriculum development. As to whether objective and standard is reasonable, they seldom prove it, so ignoring comparison and defense study concerning curriculum development value.Present morality curriculum development also confronts this problem. Therefore, we have to think about applicability of morality curriculum development, simultaneously noticing value orientation of morality curriculum development. Taking value orientation as an angel of examining closely morality curriculum development problems, people can at the angel of value deeply think about morality curriculum development and make strategic researches. The whole paper is divided into three sections:The first part analyses the value choice and its difficult position hidden in previous morality curriculum development. The passage sums up choice to "control orientation", stating in detailed the displays in the morality curriculum development links: monotony of curriculum objective; knowledge of curriculum content; focusing-on-teaching of curriculum performance; regulation of curriculum evaluation. The passage elaborates innate connection between morality and conviviality from Philosophy, Psychology and Pedagogue. According to the above proving, conclusion is that moral conviviality idea shouldn't be refused by moral education system. So three basic concepts can be offered, which are that moral conviviality advocates intersubjectivity, the performance process of moral conviviality is based on "communicative reason", moral conviviality existence is characterized by life.The third part elaborates the basic theories of morality curriculum development under the support of "moral conviviality". Compared with moral control, moral conviviality again recognizes the basic ideas of morality curriculum in the new thinking way. In the conviviality orientation's morality curriculum, according to different participating object, developed form can be divided into three types: moral conviviality between people and text, between people and others, between self and self. At the last part of passage, author puts forward the rules of conviviality orientation in the morality curriculum: transfers from predating uniformed moral objective to cored value conformity curriculum; arrangement of morality curriculum is not accorded with subject logic, but life logic; changing the fidelity orientation while performing morality curriculum and advocating the idea of "inner-outer" double tracks; transfers from objective o...
