The campus is a territory full of vitality, harmonious and peaceful, however, because of the change of social atmosphere, the campus safety got serious influence, cause this uncontaminated area suffer from bullying, as the incident of school-tragedy caused school-bullying exposure frequently, this phenomenon cause people’s attention. School-bullying cause educators and psychologists’attention gradually since the 1970s, and launched a lot of investigation and research. For our country to this study is later and superficial. People’s cognition on school-bullying just in the surface of the problem, and didn’t give enough attention to the influence of school-bullying.This study is taking a middle school in ChongQing as a case study, for the purpose of protect the youth physical and mental health, make an in-depth investigation and study in students with a wealth of literature data and the main research method of field investigation and interview, to be humiliate students as the main research object, at the same time to the students, teachers on artificial auxiliary object, for the multi-angle and full range interview. Through observe the participants into class study situation, understand their classroom field and culture (including classrooms, the important items on blackboard, students seating arrangements, etc), study situation, and interactive process with students, etc. Combined with classroom observation and after school interview to understand their living environment, interpersonal, survival mentality, and so on, to analysis the reason and characteristic of school-bullying in-depth, along with the feeling and influence after school-bullying.Based on field surveys and the perspective of pedagogy to examine school-bullying, this study attempts to improve school-bullying phenomenon and makes the following thinking: A harmonious family atmosphere and democratic parenting style can promote children good social behavior; Strengthen the legal publicity and life education, can make the children calm down and let them have a tolerant attitude towards the people around them; We can use a variety of ways to improve the probability of finding out school-bullying event, and to develop reasonable measures to deal with; Civilized language should be promoted to train young people to use civilized language, and to reduce verbal bullying. Through this, the incidence of school-bullying will be greatly reduced to a certain extent; More patience and tolerance should be given to each child to strengthen the humane care and it will be very helpful to their future life.
